Concept rendering of a navy food trailer with cream French typography and an open service window

A mobile bistro in the making

Mille Feuille
Mobile Bistro

A French-inspired food trailer built around focused cooking, polished details and memorable service.

Trailer concept ยท design in development

The idea

Fine-dining discipline without the white tablecloth. Soignรฉ, but never fussy.

Mille Feuille is being built around a simple conviction: food from a trailer can be thoughtful, composed and deeply satisfying without losing the pleasure of eating with your hands.

The working menu direction favors griddle, grill and fryer dishes alongside cold appetizers and saladsโ€”food that suits a compact kitchen and consistent service. The goal is not to imitate a restaurant on wheels. It is to make the trailer its own kind of dining room.

Built on three things.

01

Technique

Classic foundations, precise prep and sauces worth dragging the last bite through.

02

Restraint

A focused menu designed to be executed well, not a long list built to please everyone.

03

Generosity

Food with substance, warmth and a clear sense that somebody cared while making it.

Navy and cream exterior concept for the Mille Feuille Mobile Bistro trailer

The build

Designed from the kitchen out.

The trailer is being planned around how service actually moves: a focused hot line, a clear expo path and an efficient workspace that puts every square foot to work.

The navy-and-cream exterior shown here is an early conceptโ€”not the finished rigโ€”but it captures the direction: polished, unmistakable and a little unexpected.
